Congratulations to the 2009 Sandyston Township Senior Citizens of the Year
Margaret "Peggy" Black Pittenger and James "Larry" Laurence Black
of Hainesville. Above, Mayor George Harper, Committeeman Fred
MacDonald and Deputy Mayor William Leppert congatulate Peggy and Larry. Peggy and Larry are life-long residents of Sandyston Township living on the property they grew up on and eventually raising their families. The property that boasts the Sandyston Township Municipal Complex was once apart of the Black Farm, which had been in Peggy and Larry's family for over 100 years.
